Our products are made to have a local and traditional image but with Japanese style receipes. Most of them are also made from high quality flour imported from Japan. Our receipes are mostly decided after consultation from a famous baker, Mr Tachihara Itaru from Japan. He was once recruited by one of Singapore's listing bakery. His father, Mr Tachihara Kazuomi is an award winning chef who has won two television awards in Japan for his baking skills.

Our story
Bread Junction was established in December 2004. Ever since we started the business, we have been serving our customers with everyday fresh breads and cakes. Currently, we have outlets around heartland areas around Singapore located at Tampines, Punggol, Lower Kent Ridge and Buangkok. We offer a wide range of bread and pastry products. Till now, we still have a number of loyal customers coming to our shop for our delicious and fresh baked breads.
